There's no cell signal!
A new city needs coverage, and it's your job to place cell towers to provide signal across the entire map without leaving a single area uncovered. There are two types of towers: large towers, which cost $3000, and small towers, which cost $1000 and cover a smaller area. You'll need to combine them wisely to get the most out of them. But it won't be easy, you'll have to position your towers carefully and spend as little money as possible, otherwise, you'll end up bankrupt. Plan your strategy, think smart, and make sure everyone in the city can enjoy a full five bars of signal.
